Ultimately, we see it as our responsibility to make sure your event is better than you ever imagined while, at the same time, seeing to it that your only responsibility is giving us your vision!  We’ve been putting outings and events together for a long time and we have a pretty good idea what to expect, what usually gets overlooked and things you’ve never even thought of.

Something as simple as not having a sponsor’s sign where it is supposed to be can turn an excellent event into a complete nightmare!  So when we say, we’ll take care of everything, we mean it.  Because we know that the littlest thing, when it’s where it should be, will probably go unnoticed as it fits into the plan seamlessly.  But if that same little item is missing or late, or was simply forgotten, it can mean the difference between success and failure.

We know what those little things are and we’ll make sure they’re where they’re supposed to be when they’re supposed to be there.  Just about the only thing we can’t guarantee is the weather, but here in the Central Valley, even that’s not too much to worry about.
